The service
Pekpinne is a digital classroom board for teachers provided by RJ Tech & Ventures AB (reg. no. 559594-3894), Umeå, Sweden. It is free during the 2026/27 pilot year.
Your account
Your account is personal. You are responsible for your password and for what you upload.
Your content is yours
Lessons, boards and images you create belong to you. We only use them to show them to you and to those you share with. You can download everything and delete your account at any time.
Students
Do not put sensitive information about students on boards. Name lists are only stored on your own device. A shared board can be seen by anyone with the link or code while sharing is open.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pekpinne for anything illegal or offensive, only upload images you have the right to use, and do not try to disrupt the service.
Availability and backups
We do our best to keep Pekpinne running and take backups every night, but there may be interruptions during the pilot year. Boards you have opened also work offline.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage. Our liability is limited to what you have paid for the service in the last twelve months.
Prices and changes
Before we start charging or change the terms in a way that affects you, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. A free tier will remain.
Leaving
You can delete your account at any time under Account. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Schools and municipalities
When a school uses Pekpinne officially, we sign a data processing agreement with the school organiser. That agreement takes precedence over these terms.
Transfer
We may transfer the service and these terms to another company that takes over Pekpinne, for example a company of its own. The terms and your rights stay the same, and we will tell you by email.
Law
Swedish law applies.
